ABOUT RYAN

Ryan is a fully qualified personal trainer with more than xx years’ experience in coaching individuals to reach their full physical potential. He has travelled nationally and internationally to teach and train kickboxing, and has competed locally and nationally. Ryan is also a fully qualified yoga teacher and brings his unique set of skills and talent to each of his sessions for maximum results for his clients.
As well as training everyday people to seasoned athletes to achieve their competition goals, he loves working with people who are recovering from illness or injury, and people with physical or intellectual disabilities.
Ryan’s approach to coaching is to tailor programming to suit the needs and aspirations of each client, be it weight loss, building strength, improving cardiovascular endurance, enhancing mobility, or sports-specific training.
Ryan believes that fitness is more than just doing exercises to lose weight or gain strength. It is a lifestyle choice that has the potential to change you completely. From your mental state to your physical state, it can give you the confidence to be the best you can be.

Group Fitness Class
Group training classes are a fun and effective way to achieve results. Ryan offers a variety of classes including HIIT, Tabata and outdoor bootcamps. Group training is ideal for those who enjoy working in teams and making new friends.

Personal Training
Private one-on-one training is personalised to fit your needs and help you to reach your goals. As your trainer, Ryan will be with you each minute of your session, guiding you, cheering you on and giving you important feedback so you can take your fitness to the next level.

Kickboxing
Ryan has a solid background in Muay Thai and is extremely dedicated about passing on his passion to students of all levels. His kickboxing background allows him to build challenging, technique-focused sessions that create strong, smart, and skilled athletes.

Yoga
Ryan’s yoga classes offer a dynamic experience that encourage you to challenge yourself whilst having fun. Suitable for all experience levels, many options and modifications are available whether your focus is to challenge or take it slower.

Tonya Hardy
Ryan is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to health and fitness. Routines are mixed and vary in difficulty making each session different and very enjoyable. I've had 5 sessions now and seeing the benefits both physically and mentally. Added to all that is Ryan himself, a great guy.
